Happy 4th of July! Have you heard the fireworks yet? I wore this super cozy sweater which I got on a trip to the Hamptons a couple of weeks back. We just came from NYC which was like 90 plus degrees at the time. I didn’t think I needed it in the heat, but it was too cute to pass up, for a great price too! Get it here. I ended up wearing it on the beach in Cape Elizabeth, Maine as shown in these photos, where it was cool and my husband and I didn’t really get a lot of sun over there. 🙁 More of that trip in the next posts.
I just thought this was the perfect outfit for 4th of July, it’s one of those holidays where we get to show how proud we should be as Americans. Patriotic shirts and tops will always be chic to me, no matter what the occasion. Fun fact: did you know that Independence day was originally celebrated on July 2? In that case, then this post is late then 😉
I kept it simple with my favorite leggings and comfy sneakers. Find similar cap here. I could probably get away with wearing this in the next couple of days as it is still cool (and always will be) where I am, which is by the beach. Yeah I see some of you turning green now…
