Channeling my inner peace in a chaotic Christmas prep🧘😌 Early this year, I finally made it to this hot tub in the middle of nowhere😁❤️💪 It was a start of a peaceful year, with peacocks, ducks, old school buses, and the hot spring water is just fabulous!!😩❤️💕

The natural hot water flows into man-made pools and is just a dream to be in! You have to check it out!😉 The best time to go is of course in the cooler months like now and it would also be great to gaze up the stars at night!😌🤩🤗❤️💕Reservations required. Will link in stories😉

Blessed to have been back in Japan for the second time this time in Kyoto and Osaka!😉🤗 Definitely one of my fave countries, I always have the best memories here, that one day I would like to start to move in😛

Been away from social media and anything online really as these past few months have been a struggle for me..my health has not been the greatest, this year has been hard with chasing doctors, appointments, soo many meds, urgent care and ER visits😔

Which brings me to my point, the “perfect picture” doesn’t really tell the whole story. The grass may look “greener” in these shots but what you don’t see is a girl who has been on 3 rounds of steriods in a matter of weeks, constant pain and it has for sure been affecting me mentally…

Soo as you may already know, if you are still in here reading this loong caption, your health is your greatest wealth, you cannot enjoy all the beauty of life if you are not healthy, take very good care of yourself🤗💚💚💚
